Perfume, jewellery and music to boot! 💃Valentine's date night ready, courtesy of nature's discarded closet ;-/ our laundry is really being tossed out for the world to see in the face of this perpetual waste crisis. There was also a car steering wheel for this date to drive off in!
During Fanar's clean up day with the Lebanese Scouts, we kept pieces of shock and impact value to the side. We're all about love of nature, one another and connecting a message through good vibes and habit change even in crippling times. We are happy to report that the Municipality of Fanar is building up their facilities and will offer recycling to their residents in the near future.
Recycle your goods and clothings by donating or upcycling. Bring along your textile recycling to any of our clean ups, particularly t-shirts. Basmeh w Zeitouna accept drop offs along with @radiobeirut in Mar Mikhael. ♻️👊🏻If you are one of the able and ready, follow @lebtivity recycling guide to start recycling and ease the pain while the participating municipalities build up recycling facilities. Of course not all municipalities are accepting to sort and recycle but more community pressure and initiative actions doesn't hurt, we can't give up.
