It’s got to be the rich flavour of the barbecued onions. That’s what makes these kebab sticks taste twice as good. BBQ’s are very popular in our home because we don’t just cook meat on sticks, we cook #دجاج chicken pieces, #kafta #كفتة, vegetable sticks, potatoes and the list can go on. When we invite family or friends over to eat we say “come for a bbq”. It’s our way of making sure we all get together at least once a month because we value family time just like everyone else does.
