First time working on catching my ankles alone in wheel. I usually have @yogiinbeirut help me with this or I use a wall. I’m happy that I can now work on this when doing my self practice alone. Lots of improvements can be made but mainly will be aiming to straighten my legs much more next time I attempt this.
