✔️My friends, I would like to talk about such an accessible form of fitness, as RUNNING. My husband and I decided to change our daily routine. So we wake up at 6.30 in the morning, drink cup of water, eat 1 fruit and go for a run (30-60 minutes), then shower and breakfast! ✔️Running RULES for beginners: • Give yourself a time to wake up. • Before going out, drink a glass of water to dilute the blood. This will reduce the burden on the heart. If losing weight is not your main goal, you can eat something light. This way you will save your muscles!!! • After going for a run, be sure to mash the joints, make a small stretch. • Begin running with a quick step, then move faster and start jogging. • Keep your speed comfortable. The main thing is to prepare the body for exercise. With time the speed will increase. • Alternate running with a quick step. ✔️Running TECHNIQUE: Try to keep your posture. Keep your head straight, do not strain your neck or shoulders. Watch your breathing. Inhale with your nose, exhale with your mouth. 🚶🏻‍♀️🚶🏻🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏻 ✅Мои любимые, хотелось бы поговорить о таком доступном виде фитнеса, как обычный бег. Я и мой муж решили изменить наш режим дня. Мы встаем в 6.30 утра, выпиваем стакан воды, съедаем 1 фрукт и идём на пробежку (30-60 минут), затем душ и завтрак! ✅ПРАВИЛА БЕГА для начинающих: • Дайте себе проснуться. • Перед выходом выпейте стакан воды, чтобы немного разбавить кровь. Это снизит нагрузку на сердце. Если похудение не ваша главная цель, можно съесть что-то лёгкое. Таким образом вы сохраните мышцы!!! • Выйдя на пробежку, обязательно разомните суставы, сделайте небольшую растяжку. • Начинайте пробежку с быстрого шага, затем ускоряйтесь и переходите на бег трусцой. • Держите комфортную скорость. На первых порах главное — подготовить организм к нагрузкам. Со временем скорость возрастет, но форсировать этот момент не стоит. • Чередуйте бег с быстрым шагом. ✅ТЕХНИКА БЕГА: Старайтесь держать осанку.
