On transformation: “Most of my problems were rooted in a false belief in the fixity of certain situations or ways of being, for myself and others. Then, I realized that I feel so much lighter when I see things around me transforming, so I started to trust in my own capacity to change my habits and modes of thinking. Now, every morning I wake up and listen carefully to my body and mind before deciding who I want to be for the rest of the day. I think we should have the power to never take anything about ourselves for granted, and to revisit things that we once thought 'essential' to our personalities or to our routines.
