Yesterday I tried l'Atelier du Miel after hearing a lot about this place. I am a honey person and knowing that they prepare every single dish on their menu with honey made me so excited. All the platters had a sweet flavor but each in a creative way; I loved the honey infused with truffles that accompanied the cheese platter. The bagels were full of flavor and the healthy dessert didn't make me feel guilty. Not to forget the tasty mango smoothie prepared with honey and almond milk.
L'Atelier du Miel took food preparation to the next level with their big variety of honey.
