#workingout is totally different for me now that I am #pregnant , some women manage to keep the #heavyweight #highintensity during their #pregnancy (and Iām so jealous) but with nausea and the tiredness my #firsttrimester brought in I find it works better for me to do a lot more reps with lighter weight. Just remember we are all different and what works for others might not work for you, listen to your body.
