With winter upon us, I am grateful I have stocked up on my vine leaves during last summer. By the time spring is in the air again my backyard vine will come to life just in time for the fresh batches to be cooked, frozen or preserved. In the meantime my family will be enjoying this freshly cooked platter along with a bowl of cucumber and yogurt salad and crunchy hot chips.
