When the kids are all grown up and each one has different commitments to adhere to, breakfast becomes a celebration when you finally get them together on those rare occasions. This weekend I put on a traditional #Lebanese #breakfast feast for my girls and I, which we enjoyed whilst I told them the story about the time how my mother would chase my brothers with the rolling pin to get them out of bed at 4am to help her make the #Saj bread. I was much younger than my brothers and wasn't expected to helpexcept with eating #zaatar #pizzas straight off the saj after my #Ouma had finished making Lebanese bread.
