Well, you know how there's an International Hummus Day? What, you didn't know? 😳 Well there is and it's in its 7th year running and it's celebrated on 13th May of every year. Ahhhhhh "Ouma" would be so proud. Anyway, I did some research and was, almost, heartbroken when I found absolutely no sign of an International Sambousik Day. All those endless hours of hard work of filling, folding and twisting to go unnoticed would be a darned shame. So, whose with me on this one? Let's declare the 21st May as international Sambousik Day and make our ancestors prouder than they have ever been. Have a great day/night you all wherever you may be. ❤️❤️
