Walking up the river !!!
It was a totally new area for me, no maps or directions and not even a guide, only my backpack and camera.
I stopped in El-Jahliyeh village and started walking up towards Baaklyn.
The plan was not to leave the riverside no matter what. It was my only landmark.
The hike was very pleasant and it took me around 4 hours to go back-and-forth.
They say that as long as you can find the river you can find your way home but I guess it's more than that ...
