Vegetable meat casserole🌸

Ingredients🌸
1 kg of filet mignon meat
1 large eggplant
4 medium white onions
8 medium russel potatoes
8 small zucchini
2 large tomatoes
3 tbsp of tomato paste
3/4 tsp of sweet pepper
3/4 tsp of ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp of 7 spices mix
7 cups of warm water
Salt to taste

Method🌸
-Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
-In a large saucepan and on a medium,cook the meat until their water is half dried, add the spices and cook for around 3 mins.Add the tomato paste and water then higher the heat and let it boil for 5 minutes
-wash the vegetables,peel everything except for the tomatoes and the small zucchini.Cube all the veggies and place in a large baking pan
-Add the meat and the sauce on the veggies and mix to combine everything
-Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour or until the vegetables are cooked
