TripAdvisior was right because he led me tonight to the top sushi restaurant in Paris. I had an outstanding experience at Bluberry in Saint-Germain, the spot for creative sushi. The place is gorgeous with a warm chic ambiance.
I loved how the makis have a thin layer of rice delivering mouthwatering flavors. My favorites were Little miss Yuzu with marinated salmon, mango and raspberry, and Rackham le Rouge with tempura shrimp and marinated tuna topped with truffle. Not to forget the exceptional fried chicken with vegetables... Sublime.
Bluberry is a must visit place for sushi lovers looking for a one of a kind japanese culinary experience.

TripAdvisior avait parfaitement raison parce qu’il il m'a conduit ce soir au top sushi restaurant à Paris. J'ai passé une soirée exceptionnelle chez Bluberry à Saint-Germain, l'endroit idéal pour les rolls makis créatifs. L'endroit est magnifique avec une ambiance chic.
J'ai adoré la façon dont les makis ont une fine couche de riz qui permet d’identifier les saveurs délectables. Mes préférés étaient Little Miss Yuzu avec du saumon mariné, de la mangue et de la framboise, et Rackham le Rouge avec des tempura gambas et du thon mariné garni de truffe. Sans oublier le poulet frit exceptionnel aux légumes ... Sublime.
Bluberry est un endroit incontournable pour les amateurs de sushis à la recherche d'une expérience culinaire japonaise unique en son genre.
