Thyme & Lemon Infused Olive Oil: Instead of throwing away your bottles or jars for that matter why not use them creatively in your kitchen? I bought fresh Thyme today to make a delicious Thyme salad and I decided to use some of the sprigs and lemon peel to Infuse my olive oil. In this case I used a small bottle of red wine, that I had previously washed and dried, and I just placed it in a bowl of warm water, added my Thyme and Lemon peel then poured the Olive Oil over it.
