This is my organised mess breakfast. Wood fire smoked #Babaghanouj, I will not have it any other way. Once a customer asked me if I used a "smokey tablet" to make my Babaghanouj taste as delicious as it does. I was so offended that I pulled out photos of myself smoking the eggplants on the wood fire in my back yard. I accepted his apology half hearted where my Ouma would have insisted he came home with her and she'd teach him how it was done, literally. 😂😂 Hope you are all filled with joy and peace in preparation for Christmas.
