This is how I like to incorporate handstands into my vinyasa practice and get my body really warm in preparation for deeper postures. I usually do 4 rounds of those dancing warrior flows and try to hold the handstands for 20 breaths. I don’t always catch the handstand from the first attempt but I’ll keep trying until I do and if I hold it for less than 15 breaths it doesn’t count I’ll redo the round. Practicing this way has conditioned my body to get quite comfortable in handstands for longer times and it has built my stamina endurance and strength. I consider this my cardio for the day as it gets my heart rate up and gets the sweat dripping 💦
