These #chargrilled #eggplant rolls were inspired by a post on #sbsfood. Instead of using #feta #cheese and #ricotta cheese for the filling I decided to use grilled haloumi cheese drizzled with lemon juice and olive oil. Next time you have guests for dinner present these delicious rolls as an appetiser or use them as part of the #mezza.
