There is something about working with dough that I find very therapeutic. Maybe it’s the repetitiveness of it all or the fact that I can mould the dough into any shape I wish and then watch it take form whilst cooking in the oven. Or maybe it’s the colours I’m working with which remind of my favourite season, #autumn Whatever the reason I can honestly say I can sit there for days making #sambousik #ftayir #lahmacun and #oregano #pizza.
