So this is what I picked for myself:
☠️ 200 #skipping Rope
☠️ 20 #squatjumps
☠️ 20 #stepup (10 each side)
☠️ 20 #boxjumps (they were the #bomb )
☠️ 20 #ballslams (10kg)
☠️ 20 plate press (10kg)
☠️ 20 #superman #pushup and a #peach #photobomb side of @vincentmaynard_sc 🤷🏼♀️
I managed to do these 7 x in 56min and 34 seconds.
Will try to beat that time in 3 weeks.
