Tabbouli Salad🌸
Ingredients🌸
2 buches of parsley
1/2 bunch of Mint
6 green onions
2 medium sized tomatoes
1/2 cup of bulgur
Juice of 3 lemons
1/2 cup of olive oil
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp of sweet pepper
1/4 tsp of cinnamon
Method🌸
-Chop the parsley,the mint leaves and onions then wash and set aside to drain
-Chop the tomatoes and set aside
-To make the vinegrette:mix the lemon juice,olive oil,bulgur,salt,sweet pepper and cinnamon then let the bulgur soak for 10 mins
-Mix everything together along with the vinegrette 🌸Serve with romaine lettuce leaves.
