Swiss Butter, a new place with a very cool concept, opened today in Gemmayzeh main street. It specializes in a one of a kind platter that can be either beef, chicken or salmon with their famous Swiss Butter sauce.
Because eyes eat before the mouth and the presentation is very nice, I loved the platter even before tasting it. The platter is charged for 15$. As a treat, try their molten cake with Nutella.
