Some #core / #abs #workout from the other day, personally I don't include these in my daily #training , I use and engage my core with every #exercise I perform and do these sometimes for the #fun , #pullups on the other hand 🤦🏼♀️ they never ever ever never ever get easy 🤷🏼♀️ most of these don't need a #gym
🥔 30 side to side on bench
🥔 20 #kicksits (they are #amazingly #hard but fun)
🥔 15 legs and arms meet in the middle ( #legraises just make sure both extremities move at the same time to engage the core)
🥔 5-10 #situp into V
🥔 #pullup ... as many as possible said the #potato
