As we were boarding the plane to come home, an agent asked the kids if they wanted one of the flowers he was holding so they can give it to me since it was mother's day. "No thank you! My mom doesn't need flowers. She has better. She has "us"!!" (Alex. 7) 😂 Happy Mother's Day to you all 💕 This is my "reset-lunch-bowl" after 10 days out the kitchen and all the greens are homegrown! Multicolored Cherry Tomatoes, Feta Cheese with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Homegrown Lettuce, Homegrown Oregano and Homegrown Scallions... Oh yes! With just one slice of multigrain bread. (<< trying to behave!) I wish you all a wonderful week. Let's get cooking!
