Prince Fakhruddin or Deir al-Qamar Mosque ๐ located in the town of Deir Al-Qamar in Lebanon. The building of the mosque is attributed to Prince Fakhruddin, the first, in 1493. It was renovated in the 16th century and is considered the oldest mosque in Mount Lebanon and one of the oldest mosques in Lebanon in general. The mosque has an eight-pointed minaret, accessible by a ladder of fifty degrees of stone. Inside the mosque are geometrical drawings often used in Islamic art... .
