Oumsiyat Zahle outdid themselves with the opening night of the International Summer Festival with the Lebanese International singer Hiba Tawaji, accompanied by highly acclaimed composer and director Oussama Rahbani.
The opening ceremony held at the festival site in Zahle Municipal Park was very well organized and began with magnificent fireworks that left the crowd amazed.
