Until now I often see people in Lebanon throwing garbage out of their car windows and it takes a very conscious effort not to get very angry honk or scream at them. We can't even get mad at them because they just don't have that level of awareness to understand the repercussions of their actions. We can just pray for them and for their consciousness to expand.
