La MERINGAIE and the House of Champagne TAITTINGER celebrate Christmas with la Bûche VITALE:
A meringue crispy from the outside and soft from the inside, a whipped cream with champagne Taittinger Prestige Rosé, raspberries and lychees. I loved the meringue and I can say that this is one of the best I have ever tasted! The bûche will be on sale beginning of December.
A big thank you for the book PAVLOVA which contains the best recipes of La Meringaie with the step by step of the preparation. But I really doubt that my pavlova will resemble to the final result of La Meringaie.

Une meringue craquante à l’extérieur et moelleuse à l’intérieur, une crème fouettée au champagne Taittinger Prestige Rosé, des framboises et des litchis. J’ai adoré la meringue et je me permet de dire que c’est l’une des meilleures que j’ai jamais goûter! La bûche sera en vente début décembre.
Un grand merci pour le livre PAVLOVA dans lequel figurent les meilleures recettes de La Meringaie avec les pas à pas de la préparation. Mais je doute fort que ma pavlova ressemblera au résultat final de La Meringaie.
