Klay Saint Sauveur, your chic address for fine dining. The interior is gorgeous and for some fresh air, the garden courtyard is equally charming.
The restaurant offers refined platters with unique food combinations. Choose the ingredients that you like and keep the rest for the chef to prepare his master plates.
My highlights of the night were the royal beef fillet with the potato puree, the exceptional tataki and the heavenly Paris Brest dessert.

Klay Saint Sauveur, l’adresse chic pour une cuisine raffinée. L'intérieur est magnifique et pour un peu d'air frais, la cour intérieure est également aussi charmante.
Le restaurant propose des plats exceptionnels avec des combinaisons de uniques. Choisissez les ingrédients que vous aimez et gardez le reste pour le chef qu’il vous épate avec ses créations.
Mes points favoris de la nuit ont été le fillet de bœuf royal avec la purée de pommes de terre, le phénoménal tataki et le dessert céleste Paris Brest.
