L’application mobile lancée en 2015 aux Etats-Unis vérifie pour ses clients si le prix des achats réalisés en ligne ont diminué durant le laps de temps où le commerçant s’est engagé à rembourser la différence. Si c’est le cas Paribus réclame automatiquement la différence. Karim Atiyeh a grandi au Liban avant d'étudier aux Etats-Unis, à Harvard. “Une partie de l'équipe est Libanaise, mes mentors et conseillers sont aussi Libanais. Le support moral est important, on a l’impression d’être tous dans le même bateau. Monter une startup peut être un processus solitaire, on a besoin d'être entourés de personnes qui comprennent notre culture.” -----

Paribus app automatically checks whether the price of an article a customer bought online dropped or is cheaper at another retailer during the period of time when the store said they would reimburse the difference. If that’s the case, Paribus automatically requests the price difference for the customer. Karim Atiyeh grew up in Lebanon and studied later in the States, at Harvard: “Many members in my team are Lebanese, my mentors and advisees are Lebanese. The moral support the Lebanese community provides is priceless, we all share the feeling that we’re in this together.
