I was blown away with my gastronomical experience at Uma Paris. The restaurant is centrally located near the Louvre offering an exquisite journey of taste and flavors of both Peruvian and Japanese cuisine. The food is very sophisticated yet very light, fabulous and perfectly balanced to make you fall in love with the beautiful creations of Chef Lucas Felzine. Not to mention the presentations that are a delight to the eyes. My UMA experience was a harmonious symphony of the Peru and Japan. •••••••••••••••••••• J'ai été épaté par mon expérience gastronomique à Uma Paris. Le restaurant est situé face au Jardin des Tuileries près du Musée du Louvre, offrant un excellent voyage de goût et des saveurs grâce à une fusion entre les deux cuisines péruvienne et japonaise. Les plats sont très sophistiqués mais très légérs, fabuleux et parfaitement équilibrés, qualités plus que suffisantes pour vous faire tomber amoureux des belles créations du chef Lucas Felzine. Sans oublier la présentation merveilleuse des plats qui réjouit les yeux.
