I started my yoga journey with Bikram yoga and quickly started to practice... (Sarvam Yoga) I started my yoga journey with Bikram yoga and quickly started to practice 5 times a week. This is one of my favorite poses in the Bikram series. All the poses are repeated twice which means I used to do this pose at least ten times per week (I used to also love doing it at home just for fun). I’ve done it so many times that it now feels comfortable and very familiar. My point is repetition is the mother of all skills and with practice and a little faith the body can do about anything. And when I started to see that nothing was impossible to achieve on the yoga mat, it strengthened my belief that even in life nothing is impossible to achieve with the right amount of effort, discipline, dedication, perseverance, faith and patience. But it also taught me to put in the work with a certain degree of unattachment to a specific outcome, because sometimes the universe has a better plan for us than we have. Yogis who loves this natarajasana posture as much as I do? ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ #yoga #yogini #yogagirl #yogajourney #yogalove #yogainspiration #yogaeveryday #strength #flexibility #balance #dedication #perseverance #patience #yogaoffthemat #lifelessons #health #wellness #fitness #movement #expression #art #beirut #lebanon #whatsuplebanon #livelovebeirut #practiceyogachangeyourworld #onebreathatatime #lovepeacelight #om #namaste
