Growing up; i have always heard of the importance of having a roasted turkey on Christmas. Either at friends dinners, movies, tv shows etc.. and i was always told how complicating and tiring the cooking process is. This year i decided to try it out & followed Gordon Ramsay's recipe and managed to invite a few people because everyone around me warned me: What IF; the turkey 🦃 didn't turn out well. The results stands with the few people who showed up and tried it, yet all i can say is that all 8 KG's disappeared and everyone left after midnight with a big smile. Thanks to Dad & Mum who supported me throughout the day & ended up with a great photo with Al Khal Abu Rabih and his encouraging spirit & smile.
