Growing up eating, mostly, vegetarian food I never run out of ideas as to what to cook for dinner. One of the great things about our meat dishes is that we can make the same meal in the vegetarian version simply by not adding the meat. I can assure you it tastes just as delicious in its special kind of way. Tonight’s meal is the vegetarian rolled cabbage leaves inspired by the meaty version.
