Snipers used this building, probably because of its genius architecture that has great views from every room. Today, it's turned into a war remembrance museum called #beitbeirut and has now a photography exhibition. This heritage building was due to be destroyed by greed, but it was saved, partly due to the stubborn passion of our dear @monaelhallak . . This is pretty probably because it was built by people who are not here anymore.
