Give me a green leafy vegetable and I’ll roll it into a family meal. Amongst vine leaves, silver beat and spinach leaves, the #cabbage leaves would have to be a favourite of mine. #Vegetarian or with #meat, these lemon and spice infused finger sized rolls taste delicious with a cucumber and yogurt side dish. My mother, may she rip, used to add chickpeas to her vegetarian filling and that’s exactly how I do it to keep her memory and her recipes alive.
