Gastronomy, wine and Michelin star Chef Hervé Rodriguez for a festival of surprises. That was my night at the dazzling restaurant Ma Sa where they only ask if you have any allergy because you don’t choose what to eat but you keep it for the Michelin star chef to surprise you with his creations. Chef Herve’s philosophy is: a restaurant with a menu is boring for both the client and the chef, restaurants aim to please and to create memories.
The experience starts with an aperitif, then an amuse bouche and a préambule. Then comes the first starter, the second one and the main platter. Between each dish there is a préambule that prepares you for the next creation and that neutralizes the tastes in your mouth. The feast ends with a pré-dessert and finally a dessert.
My majestic 3 hours experience can be described by a few words: explosions of tastes, flavors, textures and creativity.

C'était ma nuit au restaurant éblouissant Ma Sa où vous êtes demandés seulement si vous avez une allergie parce que vous ne choisissez pas quoi manger mais vous le gardez au chef pour vous surprendre avec ses créations. La philosophie du chef Hervé est la suivante: un restaurant avec un menu est ennuyeux à la fois pour le client et le chef, les restaurants visent à donner du plaisir et à créer des souvenirs.
L'expérience commence par un apéritif, puis un amuse-bouche et un préambule. Puis vient la première entrée, la seconde et le plateau principal. Entre chaque plat il y a un préambule qui vous prépare à la prochaine création et qui neutralise les goûts dans votre bouche. La nuit se termine par un pré-dessert et enfin un dessert.
Mon expérience majestueuse de 3 heures peut être décrite par quelques mots: explosions de goûts, de saveurs, de textures et de créativité.
