Fundado em 1935, o museu do poeta libanês Gibran Khalil Gibran, nas montanhas do Norte do Líbano, apresenta manuscritos, pinturas e desenhos originais de Gibran. Ele está enterrado lá, e seu túmulo pode ser visitado. O local era um mosteiro que remonta ao século 7, conhecido como o eremitério do Mar Sarkis. Está aberto diariamente das 10h às 18h (no verão) e das 9h às 17h (no inverno). He is buried there, and his tomb can be visited. The site itself was a monastery dating back to the 7thcentury, known as the Mar Sarkis hermitage. The Museum opens daily from 10 AM to 6 PM (in summer) and from 9 AM to 5 PM (in winter).
