Fried Garlic Okra🌸

A tasty vegetarian addition to your dinner table

Ingredients🌸
2 cups of okra
3 garlic cloves
1/2 of chopped cilantro
Salt
5 cups of vegetable oil
1 Tomato (optional)

Method🌸
-Trim of the stem ends of the okra then rinse and dry them
-Crush the garlic cloves and add to a frying pan along with the cilantro,salt and 5 tbsp of vegetable oil.Fry on a high heat for around 5 minutes.Set aside
-In another frying pan, deep fry the okra until they turn to a brownish color
-In a bowl, mix the okra and the fried cilantro
-Serve with a side of fresh diced tomatos
