4 tbsp of lemon juice
1 tsp of roasted garlic
1/2 tsp of black pepper
Salt
2 cups of flour
1 1/2 cup of frying oil
Method🌸
-Mix the fish with the oil, lemon juice and spices
-Coat with flour and repeat the coating a second time
