Everyone's favourite dish, #rice and #chicken #رز# دجاج topped with #almonds #لوز and #pinenuts #صنوبر. This is a classical lebanese dish infused with traditional home ground spices. It is usually served at special functions, birthday parties, #Eid, #Easter etc...as it can take a few hours to prepare. To celebrate my great nephews 1st birthday, I prepared this tray of rice and chicken. Many happy returns to our beautiful boy Elias. 🎉🎉🎉🎉
