Three times a week at 5am I feel blessed and lucky to be part of an amazing team that train like one big family , as we watch beirut come alive each morning. Despite different backgrounds, beliefs, culture and creed we train with love and without prejudice ,thanks to the dedication and care of our coaches who unselfishly sacrifice their time and energy to encourage us each morning at 5am without fail ...each one of us on our own personal journey but all of us with the same ultimate goal ...to be marathoners @rockykiblawi @agha.samir @caroandpals ...#542...#committochange...#rkd...#teamrocky
