It's ok to feel bad, down , overwhelmed and anxious sometimes what's not ok is to dwell in those thoughts / feelings coz shit does happen and negative thoughts and feelings are normal.
So telling someone to be positive while they are in that state has the same effect as saying #relax when you are angry, not the best approach.
