🇬🇧 Yesterday’s dinner was at Ritage by Maroun Chedid, a beautiful restaurant in the heart of Beirut. There are so many items on the menu to choose from. I was not really impressed with the food although the service was impeccable. The truffle burger was good with its succulent patty, it would have been perfect with a bit more truffle. The tatin pizza was very average; I was not a fan of the dough and the pesto flavor was dominant. My all time favorite dessert is the Fondant Knefeh that is simply exceptional. —————————— 🇫🇷 Dîner à Ritage par Maroun Chedid, un beau restaurant au cœur de Beyrouth. Il y a tellement de choix dans le menu. Je n'ai pas vraiment été impressionné par la nourriture mais le service était impeccable. Le burger à la truffe était bon avec sa viande succulente mais j’aurais aimé un peu plus de truffe. La pizza tatin était moyenne; Je n'étais pas fan de la pâte et la saveur de pesto était dominante.
