What better way to celebrate the sudden drop in the temperature and enjoy the smell of the long needed rain than to sit by the fire enjoying a BBQ with family in your own back yard.
Many people tend to squeeze the #meat #لحمة sticks into a whole pitta bread halfway through cooking. I never really knew why and the thought never occurred to me to ask why. Thinking about it today as I write this post I came to the conclusion that by squeezing the meat juices into the bread the meat cooks a lot faster when returned to the BBQ. Well, men usually like to take on the roll of cooking and they are known to be inpatient when it comes to food so it makes perfect sense to me. Haha
