😏 SUP-ers @ sunset 🌅😎✌️🌴🌊 This is a sport. Yes you can cruise just like running you can walk. 😉 - - It is a new sport in the market, especially in Lebanon 🇱🇧 This is why we are here to promote it professionally and to teach it. SUP is like any sport, there are techniques to do it. You can ski but you can ski correctly/professionally. Stand Up Paddleboarding, has techniques. It's plural because you use this sport in different conditions with different equipments so it has different techniques. Again to compare with a sport you are familiar with, such as ski, you have cross-country, freestyle, slalom, etc. In any sport you can get injured if you don't know what you are doing. In SUP you can injure your lower back, your rotator cuff (tendonitis/bursitis), elbow (tennis elbow), etc. ONLY if you do NOT know how to paddle and you do it often. WE @ Surf Shack are here to teach you the correct way of using this sport even if for just cruising.
