Oven Roasted Chestnuts🌸
Ingredients🌸
1 kg of chestnuts
Method🌸
-Using a sharp knife, cut the chestnuts horizontally half way thru in order to open the shell
-Soak them in warm water for around 20 minutes
-Roast the chestnuts in a 425 degree preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the shells open and you can see the chestnut inside
