Quick bites are becoming mandatory sometimes with the busy life.
Fuumi, a sushi burrito joint in Paris, was a great discovery today after hearing lots of good reviews about it.
They offer a variety of items that can be prepared in a poke bowl or a burrito. The mixture between the Mexican and the Japanese was very successful as I loved the Frida burrito prepared with the ingredient of a chicken fajita in a Japanese nori and rice roll. The ingredients were fresh and the odor of the freshly baked cookies was all over the place. The surprise was that the owner is a young half Lebanese half Italian lady that is so devoted to her work which made her win the French concept of the year and other awards.
