My personal recipe for mac n cheese.It's very delicious and close to the store bought boxes.
Mac n cheese🌸
Ingredients🌸
500g of macaroni
3 tbsp of butter
3 tbsp of all purpose flour
4 cups of milk
1 tsp of paprica
1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
10 squares of orange processed cheese
Salt to taste
Method 🌸
-In a pot of salted boiling water drizzle a little bit of olive oil and cook the macaroni following the instructions
-In another saucepan,melt the butter then whisk in the flour very well before adding the milk and salt
-Bring the sauce to a boil then add the cheeses and mix until everything is melted
-Add the paprika and mix well
-Drain the macaroni and in the same pot mix the cheese sauce and serve
