My grandfather used to grow potatoes and that was a sure way that we never ran out of this amazing vegetable. The great thing about #potatoes is that there are many different ways to cook them and each dish tastes better than the one before. This dish I prepared today is called “kibbet batata”. It is boiled potatoes blended with onion, green #mint, red and green capsicum, basil, salt and #spices. This dish tastes great drizzled in olive oil with a side of fresh onions and olives and #lebanese bread. My daughter enjoys eating it with a spoon.
