My favorite crepe recipe from @marthastewart🌸
Ingredients🌸
1 cup of all purpose flour
1 tbsp of granulated sugar
¼ tsp of salt
1 ½ cups of milk
4 large eggs
3 tbsp of melted unsalted butter
Method🌸
-In a blender add all the ingredients and blend well until smooth
-On a lightly greased skillet and on a medium heat pour around ¼ cup of batter and spread evenly ,when edges start to lift and the crepe is golden brown flip of the other side and cook until it also lifts from pan
-Serve with your favorite toppings
